OBJECTIVE: To work as a Library Media Specialist in a school system that encourages collaborative work among the teachers and uses the media center as the “heart” of the curriculum.

ACCOMPLISHMENTS: Created and published the Baldwin Middle School webpage, created a middle school presentation on “Plagiarism and Copyright,” as well as two middle school webquests on “The Civil War” and “First Amendment Freedoms.”

· Preparing and presenting lesson plans to fifth and sixth grade classes.
· Providing assistance to teachers who bring their classes to the media center for research.

· Established and maintained agreements and connections with other carriers so that our customers could use their networks seamlessly.
· Invoiced and collected funds from resellers and carriers and maintained the accounts receivable for both.
· Provided customer service for all customers having trouble using our network and for our home customers having trouble using roaming networks.
· Taught basic principles of roaming and cellular fraud to newly hired customer service representatives.
· Provided statistics on roaming and resellers to regional and national administrations.

· Marketed and sold computer and law-related education textbooks to K-12 schools throughout my territory.
